No shipping, No cancellation, No refund SCAM

Order CTM116809Ordered over 2 weeks ago, no information off them whatsoever. Contacted to cancel the order and they are refusing. Say "please wait a few more days" "we can't cancel now because we are prioritising your order" Scammers, holding my payment and refusing to cancel, still had no tracking. Avoid these scammersJust to add after their reply trying to cover their back, they did not refund me, I contacted my bank and had the payment refunded due to being scammed. Don't believe a word these scammers say.

Delivery time prior to Christmas takes too long!

I placed my order on 27th November, and so it should have been processed the next day. I was not informed of any delay.I emailed on 7th December: “The FAQs state shipping is done within 24 hours, so I should have had an update. Delivery is 7-15 business days, so I should receive the item by 17th December? I will need the items by this date and if I do not have the items by 23rd December, I will not be able to give them as gifts.”I was told it would be prioritised but I only received a shipping update on 13th December! I tried to ask the company to escalate this to ensure it arrives on time but I’m just met with the same generic responses to wait.So I now have to wait until 23rd December and if gifts don’t arrive I will expect a full refund without return. I will need to go out to buy more presents if this is the case. The company needs to provide clearer information on long shipping times ahead of purchase as 27th November is early enough to expect a delivery in time for Christmas gifts.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!Placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago - if it wasn't for ME chasing for a order update.. i doubt my order will ever come! I'm still waiting. I've asked to cancel this order on a number of occasion's. if I knew the LONG processing time - (not even got to the shipping time yet) then I would have gone else where! For the price I've paid.. Id have expected a better service. Customer service takes days to respond. If I'm unable to cancel - ill definitely be returning out principal. ***UPDATE*** 19.12.25I ended cancelling my order and purchasing elsewhere. After 3 days of cancelling the order CUSTOMCOOL sent out the items. I've made them aware on a number of occasions the delivery address will be closed over the Christmas period and this will be failed. I have requested for their company details at least 12 times which they refuse to give. They have ignored ALL my refund requests. This company is a SCAM.. possibly the most unethical company I've ever dealt with! they don't acknowledge anything in emails - constantly ignore you and repeating them selves.

Would never order again

Item took over 4 weeks to arrive. Colour of item is different to the image online, poor quality material for the price I paid, sizing is inaccurate after being advised by the site to size up which I did. I emailed for the second time after 23 days and was told to wait 3-5 days in which is still did not arrive. Would never order from them again.

Awful. I ordered 2 photographer shirts 8 weeks ago, I received one REFEREE t shirt after 6 weeks and it’s taken 2 weeks of emails just for them to acknowledge this is not the t shirt I ordered. Apparently my t shirts are on the way but who knows? Barely an apology and it feels like to emails are from bots? Complete scam. AVOID!

I would give them 0 stars if it were an option! Made an order for my husband in mid/late July for his birthday. The order never arrived and when I got in touch with customer service they claimed the package to have been damaged in transport. This would be fine if the company were willing to resend or refund but instead of doing either of these things they have offered a 30% discount to make ANOTHER order. Terrible treatment of customers - now without product and out of pocket due to delivery failure… this does not make any sense to me. Do NOT order from this company.
