Review Time
I paid €30 for a fully customizable t-shirt via their website on Febuary 26th, 2025. There were email exchanges following for the t-shirt customization, and everything seemed fine up until then. On March 7th, 2025, Customscool emailed me to inform that my order had left their warehouse and should arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Today is April 7th, 2024, and I still haven’t received my order. When tracking the shipment, my package has been stuck in China at the "import clearance start" stage since March 19. I have sent about ten follow-up emails to Customscool to let them know that it's been over a month and I still haven't received anything, but they do NOTHING. The only response I get is "Sorry for the inconvenience, please be patient." They are doing nothing to resolve the issue, nor at the very least offering compensation for the trouble caused, which any good business would do to satisfy their customer and avoid bad reviews in the process. It is outrageous and shameful on their part. I am being generous by giving 1 star here, but at least they respond to emails—that’s something. However, I do not recommend this company! Initially, I intended to order ten customizable t-shirts, but I only ordered one as a test to see if the company was serious and if the product was of decent quality for €30 each. I now realize I made the right decision, although so far, I've lost €30 for nothing...
in this economy, it seems essential to become able to introduce yourself within seconds without needing to pitch yourself much. thanks a lot for the custom text inserts. i wish I could have chosen different fonts too! and, or fabrics (maybe the color shade could also be chosen via html code).
I ordered 2 hoodies from them. First of all the quality was so poor and the colors didn't match at all the pictures on the website. On top of this, when I tried to return the items the custom service was quite rude and useless, offering me a 10% discount of my next order. How can you think that I am going to spend further money on such cheap items if I am complaining already about their quality?Regardless, I tried to retun it but the price for shipping was higher than the order itself. Therefore I had to keep it but I would never buy from them ever again. And I don't advice anyone else do it too. Really disappointing experience.
Horrible experience I ordered a stand up comedian t shirt and got a therapist T-shirt. The tag at the top which said comedian did not match the T-shirt as no one checked the content . Very disappointed and I sent a picture of the front and the tag and all they asked is was the back correct. It makes no difference if the front says therapist it makes no difference what the back says. I either want the right T-shirt or credit me back forYour mistake
