CyberPowerPC’s website made it super easy to customize my PC. The order was processed and shipped quickly and I received updates from start to finish. When the PC arrived it was everything I hoped it would be. I would definitely do business with CyberPowerPC again.
I have bought several systems over the years from the company and have always been very pleased with them! One suggestion would be to include the motherboard manual, video card manual, and case details to save us from extensive online searches.
Customization was simple, and the PC arrived as expected. It was securely packaged, with no shipping damage. The design is visually appealing, and the computer powered on without issues. Setting up Windows 11 Pro was easy, although the quick start guide was for a different case, which required me to figure out how to open mine. There were several unlabeled bags with small components, leading to some uncertainty. The external antenna for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth caused confusion when connecting a smartphone, and the serial number for the motherboard was not provided, complicating registration.

Ordered on 11/26, estimated shipping was 12/8, but it shipped on 12/22 and arrived after the holiday. Upon setup, I found that the case USBs weren't operational. The connection was loose, possibly due to the insulating foam. The motherboard pins were bent, but I managed to fix them. This could be a challenge for someone less experienced. Overall, the price during Black Friday was better than building it myself. Customer service was easy to reach, with minimal wait times, but they couldn't assist with the delays.
