Very disappointing experience with Dancover.My order was delivered incomplete, and the tracking numbers I received do not work, making it impossible to check where the missing parts are.I have contacted customer service several times. They do respond, but no real solution is provided. I keep receiving general replies while the actual problem remains unresolved.As of today, I have neither received the missing items nor any clear information about when this issue will be resolved.Mistakes in deliveries can happen, but what is really frustrating is the lack of responsibility and the absence of a concrete solution for the customer.Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this company.If this issue is properly resolved, I will be happy to update my review.
I contacted Adam at Dancover to buy a gazebo. The price was good and I discussed with Adam the steel or aluminium. I wanted delivery 3 weeks later, and Adam suggested a way to do this then closer to the time helped with payment. Good service good price and I hope good gazebo when it is delivered.
I have been using this company for my marquee business for more than 5 years and their products are good quality. I recently needed to place an urgent order and asked one of the agents to prepare two quotes for me. Even though his shift had finished, Adam stayed longer and sent me the quotes, which made my life much easier when placing the order. Thank you!
Poor quality products failed just after few months and once issue raised with supplier to honor the warranty they refusing to accept it trying to find any excuse to put. blame on installers or anyone wllse apart from them.... so avoid this company as they rally bad! next step will be complain to trading standarts about them.
