DO NOT BUY FROM DANCOVER.I bought a FleXtents Xtreme 60 “Storm” pop-up gazebo. It arrived late, was used once, and did not even survive its first night.Moderate weather conditions bent the frame, ripped the roof, and caused seams to fail. This is a product sold as Xtreme and Storm-rated. The reality is cheap materials, poor stitching, and a structure that collapses under limited use. This was not misuse. This was not extreme weather. This was a complete failure of quality.If you are considering Dancover, don’t. The marketing does not match the product, and the durability claims are meaningless.Despite clear evidence, photos, and the product failing after a single use, Dancover have refused to offer a refund, replacement, or proper repair, ignoring their obligations under UK/EU consumer law. Instead of taking responsibility for an obviously faulty product, they deflect, delay, and avoid.Customer service is abysmal - unhelpful, dismissive, and clearly more interested in avoiding liability than helping customers. Once they have your money, you are on your own!!!Save yourself the frustration.DO NOT BUY FROM DANCOVER.

No sign of the item a month later

Table ordered in advance of Christmas and due dec 17th. Now Jan 13th and constant updates of attempted deliveries which are false. No help from dancover and item is no longer required as had to be bought from a reliable company for Christmas. Very disappointed as they said it’s not the policy to refund

Leaning tower of gazebo

Bought a gazebo from there which leaned and then snapped, allowed them to send replacement parts rather than refund and the same thing happened. I have been back and forth with the claims team and it has resulted in them offering replacement parts only yet again. Deeply upset by this as when it snapped it nearly collapsed onto a family member and I am expected to continue to have faith in the product. Shocking customer service in complaint handling. £500 for nothing buy stress. UPDATE: The complaints team told me they could only offer replacement parts, again and again and again. When the product continues to snap and detach from the feet, its a rubbish product. Denied a refund and emails ignored hoping to push us out of our warranty period so they can wash their hands of it. Shocking company and shocking service. DO NOT BUY a gazebo from these people.

Failed to deliver, citing issues with their courier who had experienced technical issues - after we contacted them when the goods were late. Sonja advised that the goods had not left Denmark, and would be a further 5 days. We politely advised that they had been purchased for a particular project and that we would have to make (more expensive) alternative arrangements. At this point they advised that the goods could not be refunded as they had left their premises, and suggested we contact their courier to complain. Advised, even though goods had not left Denmark after they were due in the UK, that goods could not be cancelled and that they would cease any further communication. Reported as fraud, and to Trading Standards.On further review, the UK Company Registration Number they have on their website (10148014) is for a company Named Lionsgate Tech Services - Company Status on Companies House: Active Proposal to Strike Off. Trading Standards notified.EDITED: 10th December 2025The goods were still in Denmark after they were due for delivery. Given that we had to find an alternative solution, we asked Sonja to not transport to the UK and return to you. Sonja REFUSED and referred us to Appeals@Dancover. I contacted them on the 27th November, ZERO RESPONSE AND NO DELIVERY. Reported as FRAUD to my credit card company and reported to Trading Standards.Order Reference: 1822430 (£3,041.76)
