The shopping experience online was very good, however, UPS have not yet delivered the goods. I rescheduled the initial delivery from a bank holiday Saturday to the Tuesday which then appeared as a Thursday delivery, which UPS changed to a Friday delivery which I changed to a Monday delivery, today. I can only hope that the goods will be delivered today.
**** updated****They tried to respond to this review by saying it’s been resolved. It hasn’t. They sent me a damaged unit. Refused to pay for shipping back and were super unhelpful. Terrible customer service. I’ve never ever left any reviews ever in my life. But this was sooooo bad I felt compelled to save you all from the same horror. Aside from the fact the unit was absolute rubbish anyway, the customer service surprisingly was even worse!!They’ll be out of business if this quality or product and service continues….Here was my original review. Ordered a shed from Dancover, it arrived damaged and was clearly poor quality. I informed them immediately. They offered a partial refund or a replacement. I tried to make it work but couldn’t due to the damage, so I requested a full refund.They confirmed the replacement was cancelled… then sent it anyway. I refused delivery, and now they’re trying to make me pay return shipping — despite the product arriving faulty, which is a direct breach of UK consumer law.Endless emails. No accountability. No refund. They’re ignoring their legal responsibilities and shifting blame onto the customer.Wouldn’t use again. Be warned — if something goes wrong, you’re on your own.
One week after the scheduled delivery date we have no info whatsoever where our +2k EUR product is and when we will have it. The info we have is: the carrier will call us 1-2 days before unknown delivery date. Try to plan with that kind of info...
1st deliveryI got the grow house delivered, unpacked and found more than half of it was bent in a shipping accident, the rest had started rusting.2nd deliveryThey sent replacements for the rusted ones but this delivery was also rusted.3rd deliveryThey sent replacements for the bent pieces but “forgot” replacements for the rusted ones.ScrewsWhile thoroughly verifying the function of every piece I notice the screws for plastic is the wrong dimension drill, it drills a 4,5mm hole while the screw threads are 4,7mm, the result is that it does not hold with any strength. Drill front should be the same thickness as inside the thread, 3,8mm instead of 4,5.Support has ended their quarter and therefore not interested in helping.Last response from Dancover told us that they were not interested in helping since we also asked Klarna for help.
