Very bad experience.never buy product on advance payments. always use COD option if available otherwise don't but it from daraz.too much fake sellers on daraz. Maybe they don't verify sellers at the time of registration.

Always use Cash on Delivery

Daraz used to deliver products in past but since last few months, they are really into scamming people who pay for products in advance. If you select Cash on Delivery option while ordering, your product would get to you within time but if you ever paid in advance for your order, be sure that your product would never be delivered to you. They really need to be sued in Consumer court. I have done 2 orders on Daraz on 12th August (Paid in Advance) and on 20th August (Cash on Delivery) and I am still hearing excuses for the 12th August order. They first said they would deliver by 19th and then they said it would be delivered by 24th and now they are saying it would be delivered "soon". That soon is never going to come. Search on internet and there are hundreds of customers who are complaining that prepaid orders are not being delivered or delivered very late

Darak.pk Getting Worse Day By Day

I remember few years ago daraz was a great site. Delivery time was very quick. I used to receive any product within 2-3 days max to Islamabad from any city (Karachi, Lahore). Now even if I order from seller locating in my city. Now even after a week they don't deliver. Your services are getting worse day by day. Improve it or you will loose your customer base. If amazon comes to Pakistan you won't stand a change against them. Its better to improve before disaster comes.

Too much delay in delivery and the most horrible experience

Would like to give this e-commerce site a zero stars. Absolutely worst customer service ever encountered. The time of the product getting to your doorstep is long. Very bad experience. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
