Outstanding Experience

Using Daraz for online shopping from almost 3 years. Outstanding experience with them. Game vouchers and pick up point as delivery with 0 shipping charges are super saving services.I always unbox making a video and instantly complain if there's anything wrong. Sometimes even don't need to return the item and they process the refund. Daraz do heavy fine to sellers who send wrong products thats why its platform getting better day by day.

they are scammers, ordered a phone and when i received it was not working, after a lot of efforts and waist of time returned it, thought again buy from a better seller and again received a faulty phone returned it and stupidly thought to try daraz mall received third time the phone and guess what it was also faulty, sent it back and they reject my return now i do not know where is my phone and my money, trying with customer service and they are playing with me stupidly, if they received back faulty phone i gave them even TCS tracking number which is showing some one (awais) at daraz lahore received phone on 23 november then what is point to ask me for TCS receipt ? they are scammers and cheaters, never had this much bad experience with any company in my life, thinking to go to consumer court for my money and for compensation of losing a lot of my time and getting stress, avoid them at any cost....

I found daraz pakistan a good app First i ordered a wooden stationary container and a alarm clock and they both were really good but I think alarm clocks voice was a bit low and then I ordered kinetic sand 3 sequen diaries and an earnphone .till now I have received my kinetic sand and it's goodBy reading reviews of other costumers and on my experience I have come to a conclusion that I think there are many different sellers in daraz .some of them are good and trustworthy.(I think,) and whenever anyone is placing an order plz first check reviews and ratings of it 😊😊

I Purchased Sony TV from DARAZ TV delivered after 5 days and found fake , BOX opened and found cheep FACE LCD TV with with sony written on it remote was blank brandless cheep plastic .

Wrong item received

My experience with daraz.pk has been nothing but a bitter disappointment and a comedy (in a bad way) When I ordered a 'cigerate case' , I received a ' working lamp ' instead. And it hasn't even been replaced yet I sent them pictures with the daraz packing etc,

Bad experience with Daraz

Hello, please don't ever use Daraz, they are scammers taking payments from customers, keeping their payments for 13 days and in the end cancelling orders w/o even updating customers that the order has been cancelled, i have chats, emails and call recording, they kept saying that the orders are in processing you will receive the orders for sure, all are liers, i ordered things from the deals sections and the seller was daraz mall, they were running a promotional deals .. their strategy to gain more trafic on their website, please save your time and money do not order .
