Can I rate it in negative, Daraz has gone to dogs, there service is simply a pain. My order has been denied 4 times and evey time i was given a refund voucher its value reduced and if this continues I am sure I am going to loose my money without getting any thing. Their customer service sucks and is completely heartless. Continously having bad experiences with daraz.. Avoid at all costs.
First experience was the worst experience. Bought few books from Daraz Sold by Islamic Books & Stationers (Attock) - when the items arrived Rs 800 worth of books missing from the package. These guys dont seem to have any care for customer service and quality and send whatever they wish. Never buying anything from them again.
I have tried Daraz 4 times. 3 times out of the 4, I got fake and cheap items , instead of the real thing. I sent the items back twice and never got the money back. The third item I just threw away. Anyways , you can't get hold of any responsible person. They just have a Bot initiated chat mode to help customer. This makes the scamming sellers even bolder.
Yesterday I placed an order of "PAIR OF DUMBLES" costing 1700 rupees. Thank God before receiving, I came to know they are sending me 1 dumble only. Crazy, isn't it? Like if you order a pair of shoes, Will they send one shoe only? May be YES Becoz they are Daraz.pk. Thank God I haven't received yet and came to know from the guy who ordered the same product and got scammed. I will send back the TCS guy when he will come to my home.
I just got scammed by a game seller named "game stop (karachi) beware of him people!!! i ordered a game called soul calibur V for ps3, he sent me soul calibur iv/4 instead, i thought he couldnt read roman numerals so he may have mistook it for soul calibur V/5 but then again the covers of both games had obvious differences, since i wanted atleast one soul calibur game badly i kept the game and also could not return it as returning to daraz is mostly useless and very hard also because you dont get your refund most of the time, i do not trust daraz with my bank account so i have not linked it to daraz nor its so called daraz wallet, i ordered another game called doom for ps4, accidentally from the same ****** seller, i had reviewed his first game badly and told him that he's making haram money by scamming, it had been too late to cancel and i thought of giving him another chance and had high hopes he might send me the actual game this time but the f**** sent me horizon zero dawn's standard edition instead of doom as it was in the same price range, i was so excited when my order arrived as i payed and opened it only to be traumatized to see horizon zero dawn instead and this time i knew he did this on purpose, he wanted to mock me and avenge his ego so he took revenge from me for giving him a bad review on the first wrong game he sent, the b**** seller has looted me off my 2,200 two times!!!! And daraz doesnt care!!!! now im forced to keep the game since returning it would be useless anyway nd i wont get a refund, i'm surprised people got actual games from that seller i think he has started doing this now alot or to specific people he hates, such as me because i gave him a bad review or he is jusy a money looting jerk, daraz should make sure that sellers are sending us the actual product, the problem is that sellers pack the game themselves when its being sent off to us, so scamming is easy for them and daraz isnt aware if it real or not, but im still blaming daraz cuz they dont help their customers at all, they are all cheapskates looking out for each other!!!!😠😠😠😠😠😠 one another thing daraz has also started selling western filth, net undergarments, nighties, thongs etc,whats concerning is that how these are on display i bet even kids use daraz and encounter these pornographic images, its like sex isnt private anymore since daraz is selling pornographic products, im not all too surprised that daraz doesnt seem to have any problems with the images, they have perverted sellers themselves! ever since foreign sellers have started seling on daraz it has become more of a porn site rather than a shopping site also since we have started trading these filthy rags from communist china, i guess Islamic republic of Pakistan is not so Islamic at all, we need zia back seriously, someone like zia atleast, scammers would be punishmed atleast! We have no laws and people even get away with murder, rape and what not in this country, this country is doomed and then people have the audacity to talk s*** about zia when in his time people were actually punished for fraud etc, a great but misunderstood leader indeed 😔
I have recently received a faulty item from Daraz and I am trying to return the item for a full refund. The support line do not help at all and they just keep saying they don't recognise the order number or don't even bother to reply !It's the order number that they gave me....liars liars liars.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!
i recommend everyone not to but this product from this seller. He has mentioned 48V Phatom power supply but its not delivered. Whole package is useless without 48V power believe me i have wasted my 5000 on this.
