Very bad service.

Very bad service.I ordered item and it was confirmed, payment was deducted but later seller was not able to ship order, so they cancelled order and refunded payment after some deductions. Why? I did not cancel then why some amount were deducted?

i ordered misrose blush kit and daraz send me local quality blush kit and there were two blush kits coz they send me wrong parcel Or might b there is a big fraud from daraz they show brands but we recve local nd cheap product am to dispointed v bad service

Failed site, Fake Courier

This selling website is now joined with such a third class courier who don't supply the orders to customer and on back end submit a fake and false report that they tried to approach customer but failed after multiple tries, whereas in real scenario, they never tried nor approached the customer.

Loose Confidence with non-genuine products

I ordered 10+ products from daraz. Some products were OK but few were below standard / used, repaired and not matched with the website. So this made me confuse to buy from daraz. Specially any electronic product as it can be repaired or having non-genuine parts. I am big electronic lover. So daraz has totally waste for me...

Refund and return

First of all they guarantee to have some sort of a refund policy which is very shady in nature. I ordered an anti lice machine which started to heat up and smell like smoke. Return centre pe products rkh lia and 2 weeks have passed since . ND I HV CONTACTED DARAZ THROUGH EMAIL to which they dint respond a single time. The return policy is very unclear and shady. Plus they claim to refund the money at a "virtual wallet" at daraz. So they may keep you waiting forever. Till they send it. And daraz has no other means to contact them.
