I have ordered 2 items but get only one item delivered while paid for both items. aVery next day raised complain but the chat boat and comlex customers support write ro supplier and also raised complain on daraz website no use. The services become pathetic at daraz andcreaching to them has become really difficult they need to realize that at the earliest before it become late as we the customers loosing trust on Daraz
Terrible. They source broken/damaged goods from local store in Pakistan. They charge you for shipping, and 60% of the items will be broken/damaged. Then if you return the items, their policy indicates that you will NOT get your money back, but instead it will be stored as daraz funds, within the website only that you can use to buy other products. Not to mention, their return process takes over 1 month. No call number, no email, all through their online chat. I highly recommend stay away from this scam business.
When I started using daraz service they are nice and I love to order from the store but from last few months I am facing the hell of issue order delays and when you contact them automatically it shows delivery attempted failed 😡 which make more angry that when I contacted you then status change at 12 am wow like "Eid Mubarak chand Nazar AA gaya".1). If you guys take order responsibility please make sure to deliver on time and add fast delivery services. In 2024 delivery attempted and delivery delays are effecting us and the trust that delivery of package will be on time. 2). Last TCS services and now LCS cool I got it u guys have a lot of deliveries to do but I have wait for my package 📦. And hope you deliver it to me but when this thing happened again again it will not work.
This was my first and last order from daraz seriously if someone wants to buy cosmetics, jewellry or cloths go for other brands like Khaadi, GulAhmed, Sapphire etc you will get good quality and good prices in sales. I ordered a butterfly hair clip, anklet and a nailpolish.The hairclip wasnt like in the picture but a third quality item plus it came broken i immediately asked for a refund thank God i got the refund. The Anklet came after 2 days with double the price on the package and also was of bad quality worth like 50 rupees and i gave 282 rupees for it and the nail polish still didnt came i contacted the seller he said we shipped it but it is still in process waiting in warehouse logistics i hope it doesnt come as it will also be of bad quality and double the price thank God i didnt paid in advance but choose an option of cash on delivery.
Very Bad Support And Very bad use app not friendly no benefit for new seller never promoted new seller too much facing bugs some time order not placed some time bugs in the product listing extra charges pause campaign they able it on their self. Also Bad to promote new sellers give different campaigns and voucher give free shipping but after that, they deduct shipping from you and 50% of the product deduct Daraz
