Review Time
After my own experience with Daraz, i would sincerly say do not purchase items via Daraz, they will give your personal details to the sellers from whom you purchase and you will end being harassed by them (which is what happened with me), my "complaint" is still under review - at the time of writing this review i have not heard back from Daraz. when one decides to shop online they don't expect to get unwanted attention for strangers who bombard them with messages and voice notes of whatsapp - to which daraz appears to have no answer. Please don't use this website -
I have no words to express my feelings. 1st time I purchased a changhong product and now am thinking about what i have done!This LED was not working properly from the day 1st when I received, LED switched off/sleep suddenly. I discussed with your team and simply said to replace it because this one is faulty unit, but they said its not in our term & conditions, we will fix the issue as per warranty & they replace the motherboard of brand new LED. My question was only this: if your quality team is not working properly and a faulty unit comes in market then why does the customer suffer for his negligence. I will claim the warranty if the issue comes after using it but if the issue is from the day 1st then why i will go for warranty claim? Anyways, at that time your team member did not have any answer for this question. So on that time i just kept quiet but now again led completely out of order not even switching on. Daraz app is really well known in Pakistan but unfortunately products services aren't good at all.The quality and stuff of products is really cheap.I personally had an experience of doing online shopping from Daraz.I have ordered pack of 12 lipsticks.When I received them I dislike them due to poor quality finally put them in dust bin.So these problems should be fix up as soon as possible in order to get higher ratings in future.Thanks...
I would like to share my experience . I have ordered a watch online and when I received my package and opened it there was no product inside for my surprise . The customer service when we called they never answer a call or it just gets hanged . I will never order anything from them again . The worst service ever.
The worst service ever. I ordered multiple times from daraz.pk and everytime I had to followup again and again and again to get updates about my order. It is always late regardless of the fact that the seller is in the same city. Daraz has the world most pathetic customer services of all time. The time reflected for delivery on the website and the original delivery time is way different and sometimes you dont receive an order at all. The customer service rep left the chat on several occasions without even listening to your problem. I would never recommend anyone to daraz.
