Good: I had all my ads rejected, and got that resolved by Isabella within couple of hours. Bad: I would like to point out that your new design sucks. Your selection of brands is not very broad, and it's not possible to manually enter a brand in the field either. I recommend adjusting this feature, as it currently forces users to leave the field empty, which can create search issues for customers looking for keywords such as brand names.Overall design and functionality much worse than before. Will shift to Marketplace and Vinted with less hustle, and more user-friendliness.
I ordered a book. I didnt receive delivery message that the book has arrived. Therefore i failed to collect it on time. I havent received refund nor an other chance to receive the book. It is unknown where the book is as the seller has not received it back.
Everything has changedAfter being the number one site for buying and selling,it has now become a site with a bad reputation. Yes, you have gained the trust of the banks, but you have lost the subscribers who were the main reason for the banks to trust you. After 10 years with you, I will not pay or spend 1 kr. on your site anymore.
I must say that DBA.DK has gone bad these days. Schibsted has completely ruined the wonderful place where you can sell stuff and send it to the the buyers. One thing is that a simple user interface with nice categories is now a mess. That is their problem.But...Please do not use this site - it feels like a scam to lure you and all others to be monitored by them and public authorities. They are using an externmal provider to get infomation from your bank account - Shame on you!!
Shame, shame. To ruin a functioning platform like this is a tragedy, no self-reflection even after several weeks of dissatisfied reviews... And no, not even a few positive reviews created by some of your weak-minded or paid relatives will save it. I really hope that some company has already focused on this hole in the market of selling used things and is developing a similar platform that your dissatisfied customers will soon be able to choose from.
All we need is your social security number and access to your bank account to be able to forward you the money... Just click the link and provide the information.Although this most likely is meant to prevent fraud, all alarm-bells are ringing. It is completely absurd! No one should ever just give all these information to any company. It is nervewrecking enough that there are times, where you will have to do it - for instance when you sell/buy a house. Then all you have in the end, is to trust that the realestate agent is taking sufficient (very sufficient) care of these data.I'd rather want to trust the buyer in a single transaction, than to trust my data will forever be secure - where ever and who ever will be able to access them (for eternity). But to give it to a private company, through a (for me unknown) 3rd party company, just by clicking a link send to you without any further ado, is completely absurd. I sincerely hope other people react and wake up before giving out these information just like that.Good luck with a cascade of future identity thefts and so on, "if" (read: when) the data is leaked.I seriously shocked that they can get away with this process...
