Review Time
After years go f recieving my magazine with no problems in the last month I have had to make 2 phone calls to them as my magazines haven't been delivered..Today they informed me my subscription is suspended because magazines have been returned as not known at this address..They assure me they have phoned and e-mailed me but there is no record of either..So at this moment I am considering canceling my suspended conscription..Sad.
What a let down to take £30 out of my account when they knew they were closing the magazine , I’m 75 and my only pleasure is magazines but can be expensive I don’t expect to get my money back thank you DC Thomson for stealing money from an old age pensioner Shame on you !
bought their Oour Wully books at Xmas as i have since the 80's. the quality was awful when i mentioned it they took a month of repeated emails to finally tell me to take the issue up with the shop i bought it from. Excuse me they sell on your behalf they do not Print and bind...Awful Service stay away when possible....
Ordered a magazine subscription, took a few months to actually start sending me the publication. As part of the subscription offer, I was offered a beauty box if I paid a higher price. I never received it. When I complained, they said it was out of stock. They did offer to reduce the subscription price to compensate but as the magazine content was pretty rubbish anyway, I chose to cancel. It took them a week to finally respond to confirm cancellation. Just pretty poor all round.
