Again an issue has been missed and…

Again an issue has been missed and despite three emails, I have not received a response. This is the second time this has happened. Poor customer service and really not such a good subscription deal!

Communication is abysmal

Communication is abysmal. Copies missed from subscription and no reply to enquiries. Once they have your money they just ignore customers.
