DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Worst customer Service By Far! I had the unfortunate task of contacting P&G regarding their Gillette Venus lady shaving product. I needed a new razor and saw a stand in Boots with very interesting looking colourful shavers for women, so decided to treat myself to a new shaver and blades. I asked a store assistant to help choose and she looked the back of the box of blades-and said ‘it says all handles fit all blades, so I chose a set of 4 blades and a charger. After probably 2/3 months I decided to change to a new blade-it didn’t fit!!Long story short, I no longer had the receipt for boots, so called to explain about the claim on the box that ‘ALL HANDLES FIT ALL HANDLES’ and the clearly don’t! The guy on the phone said, after that statement it says’not the handle that fits the pubic blades’ or something to those notes! Well don’t claim ‘ALL HANDLES FIT ALL BLADES THEN! ‘ He listened-and offered me £14-said that was all he could send by voucher, or I would have to buy and claim back, so I agreed and gave ALL of my info, (which to be fair is probably worth more to them when they sell it on!) And I received my vouchers a few days later-all £8!!! ISo I called back-and they said, sorry, don’t know what went wrong we will send you the rest, the vouchers come in 2 x £5, and 2 x £3 vouchers-guess what? You can only spend ONE VOUCHER AT A TIME!! I give up, if P&G can only afford £18 and I can only spend one voucher at a time I pity them don’t you! I told them to keep their vouchers-but themselves something nice in the staff shop! DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I changed to fairy non- bio over 20…

I changed to fairy non- bio over 20 years ago because of severe skin reaction on sensitive parts when Daz changed its formula. Took months of hospital visits etc. But over last year, if not more, severe itching, burning on sensitive parts again and scalp. Suspected pillow case issue cos in contact with skin and underwear. Totally unaware of change in formula. 2 months ago developed another infection and inflammation for no reason. All antibiotics tried are ineffective. Today 20/2/2026...end of tether with burning but had 3 decent days with older underwear washed 2 years ago but stored. Newer underwear today washed recently, has made skin flare again. Long shot but checked for altered formulae. YES. The company should be sued for sickness, distress, hospital visits ,medicational costs and punitive damages. Take advice if this product has caused you harm.

Do NOT buy FAIRY NON BIO washing pods

I have been a lifelong fan and user of Fairy washing powder/pods and have sensitive skin. I opened one of my mega packs and did my normal wash with one pod, and there was a terrible chemical smell that filled my house, and has made all my clothes and sheets wreak!! I thought I had made a mistake and put 2 pods in, but NO as I have tried another couple of washes.WHAT ON EARTH HAVE P&G done to our beloved Fairy, I haven't bothered writing to them as they will no doubt deny it.I think they should recall these products, and I still have a number of mega packs which I bought on offer at Waitrose....they will be returned and I will now have to switch brands. Am gutted and so disappointed, why do companies have to ruin a tried and tested product, and make my sensitive skin itch and inhale dangerous chemicals as well?

P&G Overall

Fairy Liquid Platinum 'burns' my skin. Fairy Liquid Original is far from what it used to be.But it is their YouTube ads that annoy me. And the fact you cannot contact the company without giving personal details they will use. So here I am on Trustpilot.10 minutes into a YouTube video, I had 4 P&G ads. I have stopped watching the channel, and most of YouTube, because of this.But...Dear P&G, I have also stopped buying your products because they were your annoying ads.PS The washing up liquid bottle space rocket thing only worked when the bottles were cylindrical.

Fairy Non Bio now causing burns

It used to be my go to clothes washing powder/liquid as I suffered from allergies and now I am getting burns on my legs and arms. According to socials they have changed the ingredients, so another loyal customer gone.Poor behaviour from P&G.

I sent an email to the UK Managing Director because of the poor quality of the P&G product purchased

I sent an email to the UK Managing Director because I wanted to include photo's of the product label so that they can see the batch numbers because they do not provide an email address on their website only a contact form that does not accept photo's.I have received a reply that I do not agree with because the product that I have complained about is different and far more diluted than the product purchased at intervals for many years. This Email Is For The Attention Of Tom Moody Managing Director UKDear Mr Moody,Unreserved apologies for contacting the Managing Director of Proctor & Gamble with a routine Customer Services Enquiry but your email address was the only email address that I could find on the internet for P&G, the email contact form on the P&G website does not seem to have any facility to include attachments and I wish to send photo's of the product labels in case there are code numbers to assist your investigation. My partner and I have used Fairy Liquid for years as did our late parents, in fact the family all use this product so it is disappointing that we must write to you to report a serious quality issue with our latest purchase. We would just like to mention that the TV advertisement running at the moment showing a couple washing up many plates and dishes that mentions that Fairy keeps it's suds until the end unlike other products that quickly loose their suds and being honest this has been our experience going back many years but this latest bottle of Fairy Liquid resembles the other product. When we purchase washing up liquid we always buy the largest container possible and decant the liquid into a pump action dispenser so that each time we wash up we use the same dose, for a standard size washing up bowel two measures of Fairy Liquid is more than enough and we usually have difficulty washing away the suds after we have finished. This latest bottle however is not of the same quality as purchased previously and even with 4 measures of Fairy Liquid the suds are gone after the first couple of plates and there is no difficulty washing the suds away when finished because there are none.Given the circumstances could you provide a post paid returns label so that we can return this bottle of Fairy Liquid to P&G for laboratory analysis because plainly there must have been serious issues while manufacturing this particular batch and you need to know in order to protect your reputation. The bottle in question was purchased from Tesco in Leighton Buzzard. Please see photos below.Yours sincerely,***************
