I purchased a fragrance from Deal Guide, but unfortunately, it was not authentic. When I reached out to their customer service, I only received a response after posting a review. During our communication, they threatened action and asked to remove my review. While I did receive a refund and returned the product, the overall experience was disappointing. I would advise caution when purchasing from them.

Ordered Hacivat for very good price. Product arrived and upon inspection of the content i noticed:-Cap is barely holding up to bottle(loose fit), if I try to lift by the cap the bottle falls of- print on the bottle is slightly smeared in the word PARFUM and ISTAMBUL, - N on the logo of the box seems not as sharp as on other Nishane products- performance is rather underwhelming, more like Cologne than parfum.I'll give it 3 stars but will compare in the shop with original to verify it's originality. If it's original, it skipped the quality control of the packaging
Tried and success Had a great experience with this company purchased an expensive perfume that was half price on the website and thought perhaps was too good to be true but thank god I was given shipping updates and the product arrived in perfect condition Very happy and impressed with prices
In my experience with Deal Guide so far i can confirm i have been satisfied with their customer care. I have cancelled an order in the past without any hassle. They have a large range of perfumes and other beauty products at a great price. And i like that you can choose which delivery company. I shall continue to purchase from Deal Guide in future.
Friends, please don't fall for this perfume scam. I bought 5 units of Amouage Reflection Man but they scammed me. They canceled the order without warning, and the products never arrived nor did they refund my money. It's a pure and simple scam.
