I was having difficulty getting into my account, for some reason I’d been unable to log into it. I asked DDS for help in this matter and was contacted by Tracy, then over the course of several days Tracy gave me advice on what to do. Helpful account reset/management fix.

After a period of inactivity with my account, I found I couldn’t log in. Contacted DDS and over a few days, and some verification, Clover was able to reset my access and merge two accounts (didn’t recall ever doing that, so very well done to them). If it does feel like a while before DDS respond to your help ticket, don’t worry- they have to be thorough and they will sort it in the end. Thanks DDS!

After many failed attempts to reapply…

After many failed attempts to reapply for my DDS I decided to create a new account, however this also failed. I emailed DDS and was contacted by Rhiannon who immediately started to rectify the issue, a few emails later my account was sorted.
