Avoid as it unprofessional scam! I was waiting for a parcel from Cacer to Faro With one day delivery. After 19 days I can see that change status to return for other reasons, No contact nothing. W is in lockdown and I'm at home all the time, no was trying to deliver it.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life.Wouldn't release my parcel till I paid a fee and then have held it for a over a month despite me sending my proof of payment 4 weeks ago. I still haven't received my parcel back and it's impossible to speak to anybody over the phone.
