Review Time
Truly thought this would be would be a seamless process since 'Deluxe is who everyone uses for checks.' Unfortunately, that was not the case:-Checks and endorsement stamp ordered on 8/1.-Order confirmation email is 90% a wall of html code. Would add a screen grab if I could. [I want to believe that this is for some super secret safety encryption since I've given them banking info, but I think it is a lack of troubleshooting to identify why their email/merchant system is misconfigured.]- Never received shipping confirmation.- Checks arrived in estimated window of time, but endorsement stamp (which website boasts takes 3 days to produce) is still with manufacturing after 6 business days. - Customer service says there's a delay at manufacturing. I ask if it is possible to upgrade shipping to expedite delivery as the delay is on Deluxe's end. I'm told, "Nope. Can't do that. But after it arrives, 'you can try calling us back for a partial refund for shipping.' "... and after seeing previous reviews, I imagine they will share their regrets at my experience and investigate but will not take accountability or offer a way to make the situation better - "we screwed up, how can we fix this? "
Thank you for quickly resolving the error without an additional charge. I didn't have to wait on hold for a long duration of time to speak with a representative and it appears that your reps are locally based making it more efficient and clear to articulate concerns.
