Review Time
My checks were sent to an address in Denver, CO but I live in Montana. If not for a very honest women in Denver my checks could have been used anywhere by anyone. This lady contacted Deluxe, spoke to someone named Peggy who told her to contact me or send the checks back to Deluxe. The lady contacted me and we decided she could send them to me. Deluxe never contacted me… I received the checks from Denver about four days later and the day after that I received a duplicate shipment from Deluxe. I contacted Deluxe and spoke with a representative named DeAnna who was helpful but said there was nothing she could do and asked me if I wanted to speak to someone higher up than she. I did and was put in touch with a man named Robert who seemed put out at me for interrupting his day. He said he would start an investigation. I seriously doubt he did anything just by his attitude on the phone. I contacted the lady in Denver and learned the phone number of Peggy. I called her got her voicemail and left a message detailing everything mentioned above and left my phone number and requested she call me at her earliest convenience. A week has passed and I have yet to be contacted by anyone. Hence my review title. I will not be using Deluxe products in the future and I will encourage everyone I speak to to follow suit.
