We have used Deluxe since we started our business. But, the last checks were printed with the wrong checking account number. The number was correct on Deluxe's invoice and packing list but not on the checks. The first lady I talked with, to get them corrected, could not. The second lady went over and beyond to help us out. Correcting all errors she delivered quickly new checks to us. The bank contacted the owners of the account misprinted on our checks and everything turned out ok.
