Box and checks wet

The checksninside the box were not sealed in plastic. They were delivered to my front steps and sat in the rain ALL DAY. I sent pictures of the box and the checks that got wet to the day I received them to customer service and have heard nothing.

Quality?

Website was, as always, easy to use.Product quality, however, has declined significantly. Our checks were printed on super thin, low-quality stock. Nothing like our past orders (as recently as six months ago). It is very disappointing and we will consider looking elsewhere for our next order.

Beware of clicking "Reorder" online

When reordering checks online, the assumption would be that you click on "reorder" and you're reordering the same product you previously ordered. BUT, Deluxe doesn't send you exactly what you ordered last time. They send you whatever color check they want. You're not given an option to pick which color check you want and, since you're reordering what you ordered last time, you assume you'll actually get what you ordered last time but that's not the case. All the info on the check is correct but if you got blue checks last time, you may end up with pink checks next time. Makes no sense.
