1) I had to order and re-order the same item and the first two times I never received it but the third time I caught the UPS man he said he had never been in this area before so I got my package.I opened the package and it was the wrong size of vinyl folder for my checks,But I found a way to sew a line of stitching in the middle of it, so it would hold my checks better. So I made it work.
I HAVE BEEN A DELUXE CUSTOMER FOR 6 YEARS. MY LAST ORDER WAS WRONG, THEY SAID THEY WOULD ISSUE A CREDIT. SO THIS YEAR WHEN I WENT TO USE SAID CREDIT, I WAS TOLD THAT 3 YEARS PRIOR I WAS CHARGED LESS THAN I SHOULD HAVE BEEN AND THEY WOULD BE USING MY CREDIT TO RELIEVE MY PAST BALANCE. 3YEARS AND 3 ORDERS LATER DELUXE NOTICES THEIR MISTAKE AND TAKES AWAY A CREDIT I WAS GIVEN FOR MY ORDER BEING PRINTED A TOTALLY DIFFERENT COLOR AND DATE THAN REQUESTED. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
