Absolutely horrible experience working with Deluxe on a simple order of business checks. Will never order anything again. I would provide details, but based on the performance, I doubt senior management has any ability to properly run this organization nor really care.
The paper that the checks were made with were not of the same quality as previous orders were. As such when I go to print a larger run of checks the paper more often than not sticks to itself during printing causing the whole check run to be re-printed and wasting all of the checks that were printed prior to the issue.
Deluxe's customer service is one of the best I've ever dealt with. Initially there was some confusion with our order. Once that was settled our order came asap. When it arrived, the bank account was incorrect. However, the customer service department corrected the order and reshipped at no charge. They were friendly, informative and extremely helpful.
