Amazing Customer Service

Deluxe's customer service is one of the best I've ever dealt with. Initially there was some confusion with our order. Once that was settled our order came asap. When it arrived, the bank account was incorrect. However, the customer service department corrected the order and reshipped at no charge. They were friendly, informative and extremely helpful.

It's not great

It's not great. First order screwed up. I have been waiting for the replacement. Tried to track it. The person at deluxe was very rude and condescending. Said UPS could not deliver and I had to drive to UPS.

I shouldn’t have to make an account to…

I shouldn’t have to make an account to check out, ;it would not take my debit card from the account I am ordering checks from, shipping should not be 22 dollars, its a check book that could come through the mail for 5 dollars.
