I think your checks are too expensive

I think your checks are too expensive. They look the same as my personal checks which do not cost near as much as you charge for business checks.

Really Expensive and shipping cost is 25% of the cost

Really expensive shipping for just a few checks, the site doesn't really show you what the check will actually look like. I've never seen a company charge to download your logo and to not be able to review what it is going to look like. I'll try to find a cheaper option or one that looks better for the same price, almost $2 a check seems crazy.

One write checks carbon doesn't work

I ordered one-write checks and the carbon barely works at all. I called and when I got the replacement, they are exactly the same. I am going to use another company next time.

FIX YOUR WEBSITE & CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

For the 2nd time, my online account doesn't recognize my login information. I do the forgotten password option and after 4 years of ordering online, it tells me there's no account connected to my email address. If this message is an error, call them. I call them and they tell me they cannot do anything but I have to chat to get help. I chat and they tell me they cannot help, I have to call. I call again and they tell me they cannot help, I have to get help from the chat! WTH!!! I had to recreate a new account AGAIN and then merge my order history. Well guess what, the Customer ID on all 4 years of my invoices in my email, is not really my customer ID. There's another Customer ID that is connected to their accounting department but how would I know that?

Website and Chat option amazing

I was having a little difficulty with password. I used the chat option, which I usually don't do, and it was a simple fix. I also was able to look at all of the business check options to help with my decision.

They shipped it to…wrong location

We are a business…They shipped it to the wrong location, after I called they promised to send them overnight for a Monday delivery…..failed to ship them air did not receive them until Thursday
