Lost a whole set of checks in the mail

Lost a whole set of checks in the mail. When I asked for tracking they could not provide any. They sent out new ones, but the others are still missing. It's been over a month. It will cost me check stop charges if anyone tries to use them.

Your process was simplistic

Your process was simplistic , the offer outstanding for first order only.Your shipping fees are excessive - outside the norm, as they were over 30% of the total cost of my order. Ever heard of Amazon ? Might wish emulating a leader - shipping costs . Nothing more negative than receiving a solid offer for goods , and being'held up' by shipping fees. Shipping fees should not be an income program. Its a negative experience .
