My first delivery with my new checking account came with at least 15 non perforated checks within the batch. This order was in 2024. I contacted a sales agent to let them know the product is not to the level of price charged. I had to re-order & was in a rush so I used your company again due to having check details on file . Again! I am running into NON perforated checks. I will not use your company again, you charge FULL price for DISCOUNT product & agents who could care less!
I was impressed by the speed and quality of the work Deluxe provides. We have previously used Deluxe checks and Deposit Slips and I felt they provided as good of a product as produced by Harland Clark. In fact, it was so much of a cost savings that I returned to get more. As a treasurer and check writer for our church, I would highly recommend Deluxe in lieu of bank checks offered through other companies. Thank you for the chance to share.
initially I called to place the order because i needed the order expedited like i have done in the past. My order was taken but the rep never actually placed the order. I called back after i never received the confirmation for the order and was told by Sandy the supervisor that she would call me back , we should just wait to see if the representative actually places the order but she never called back. I had to call outside of my business hours to place the order again only to be told that production cannot be expedited when it was done before, we literally just did last week. We placed an order on my 7th and received on may 9th.
