I ordered these checks, on-line and it was a "rush" order, due to this account being hacked and Deluxe came through.The downside to Deluxe is the customer service line. I tried calling them, was put on hold for over 30 minutes, I wanted to make a claim as my account had been hacked and I had the life-lock protection and they said I was eligible for a $100 credit. After holding for 30 minutes, I could not tie up my line any more, so I hung up. Never got my $100 credit!! So even though you pay extra for life-lock, the customer service wait time to make a claim is just ridiculous.
After making a mistake, I contacted Deluxe to get the mistaken order canceled and refunded. The gentleman I spoke to told me he canceled it and gave me a confirmation number. Less than a week later we received a charge for the canceled order. I contacted Deluxe again and spoke to an amazing rep who told me that it had not been canceled. But she was able to refund the order, even though it had already shipped. Unfortunately she was unable to cancel the duplicate order I had placed to replace what I thought was canceled.
