After making a mistake

After making a mistake, I contacted Deluxe to get the mistaken order canceled and refunded. The gentleman I spoke to told me he canceled it and gave me a confirmation number. Less than a week later we received a charge for the canceled order. I contacted Deluxe again and spoke to an amazing rep who told me that it had not been canceled. But she was able to refund the order, even though it had already shipped. Unfortunately she was unable to cancel the duplicate order I had placed to replace what I thought was canceled.

The order was easy. But, you mailed me a coupon within minutes of me placing my order. It should have just been applied automatically at the time I ordered.
