Recently purchased a pair of Windsor leather gloves from dents, they are of a very exceptional quality , although expensive they will stand the test of time and will keep my hands warm and look stunning for years to come, if your looking for a pair of leather gloves I urge you to try dents you won’t be disappointed
Ordered a couple of pair of gloves before Christmas and one of the gift boxes didn't arrive.Wasn't thrilled and just sending out another box wasn't suitable for my situation.It did take some doing and I had to very clearly express my dissatisfaction and raise a complaint but have to credit Dents as they did go above and beyond to resolve this.I returned my original purchases and all costs were refunded. I was also offered a discount code, which I used to treat myself to a pair of fur lined leather gloves.The gloves were outstanding (and came with the gift box this time!) and I was very happy to leave a 5 star review after the effort made to resolve my complaint.
I have had to edit my review to 1 star because i just returned a pair of gloves and was expecting a £3 deduction for the restocking fee but they have taken £8.95!!! I can’t believe this, what a bunch of cheats. I will be submitting a formal complaint.
The belt looks great, it's a nice colour and has a sturdy buckle. The sturdiness is not reflected in the belt itself. Within 8 weeks of daily use, the belt itself began to split. It's not a cheap product, so you're better off getting one that lasts longer.
Currently waiting on a pair of gloves ordered 23 January 2023. I understand the delivery times on the website however I have received no delivery updates at all. I cannot believe I was charged £5.95 shipping cost and cannot even locate and information in regards to delivery. I wish I had read the reviews on trust pilot prior to ordering.
I ordered a pair of gloves and paid 8£ for next day delivery, they sent the order on time but DHL did not deliver on time. they went to the wrong address without trying to call me they just put attempted delivery. I had waited for them all day so I wrote an email to dents to complain and they did reply very quickly, they refunded my delivery cost and got DHL to deliver me the next day so I appreciate the customer service. The gloves are also very good quality, well made so I am very happy with the product too!
Please avoid this company!I made an order via Dutch web site of Dents. Paid VAT and expensive DHL delivery. Two weeks later I got a bill of 1/3 of my order to paid to DHL because of “extra tax & import duties”. Amount did not correspond to my order, so I thought it was a fishing message. After two more weeks DHL sent “my case” to incasso bureau. It was no precaution on Dents web site that I have to pay extra! Moreover the gloves I ordered are already torn after a month of wear and I am not able to send them back.
I ordered a pair of gloves that said it would take 10 days to arrive (because of the sales), and only the shipping cost €10. I bought it on the 28th of November, it's the 17th of December and still got nothing. This delay is unacceptable, even in during festivities. It's still on the exact same place since 8th December, and it only left their warehouse 8 working days after the purchase.Unfortunetly, it's a gift, and now I have to buy a new one on the last days before Christmas due do their delay, and they take 0% responsibility saying "We do apologise for the inconvenience ". Well, thanks a lot.
