LOW BALL OFFERS

Ridiculous low ball offers every time.. so low there’re offensive! Not sure who’s buying on this site but they do not understand the value of some items, labels. Even second hand, they retain high value.. won’t return.

Sellers are scammers, no customer service.

The customer never shipped the item and depop customer service is non existent. The whole site is rife of scammers, no one answers you and no sellers are held accountable.

Very poor customer service and…

Very poor customer service and instantly respond with the same party line after receiving a ban for listing an item that was deemed dangerous (a kitchen mixer!). After pleading with them and apologising for this I still remain banned from the platform and keep receiving the same response stating I’ll remain banned to keep the other shoppers safe (from a kitchen cake mixer!!!). No care shown despite doing a lot of buying and selling on the platform over the years and a lack of loyalty. I highly recommend using other platforms!
