Refer to my Order #245282 they have supplied me nearby expiry medicated cream, Even though as per your online mentioned policy, they are suppose to collect return the nearby expiry supplied product. Instead of collect return they approved 50% refund value!In future i will never buy any thing from Dermatic.in.
I ordered product from dermatics website out of 4 products, 2 products was missing, even when i tried to reach them through mail and mailed all photo of product and box they are only asking for unboxing video which i didnt took as this is the first time I experienced such situation where product has missing in package.Bad experience ,will not buy again my money got wasted on my expensive medicine which they didnt deliver
Bakbas hai website ..Na jane kyu yha return ka option diya hai jab inko return krna hi nhi hota na hi koi call krne ka option.ek email ka hai jisme mene apni request send ki ek din bad response aya .ki kyu krna hai return fir mene reason likh kr send kiya fir tab se din ho gye koi response nhi na return policy bhi chali gyi bas ghumate rehte hai return krna nhi hota ...Koi thoda bhi smjhdar hona tohh yha se order mat krna ...Me tohh pagl ban gyi aap log mat banna
I had a bad experience from them..when i got the hair serum anaboom pro from them, the seal was already cut and dirty.. Couldn't find any pamphlet inside the box..when i contacted them, they say that the seal was cut during transportation and they said the product is genuine.And they didn't accept return or refund. (I had the unboxing video.)But how is it possible that the outer box is fine and only the inner cart is damaged?How can a reputed company says that a broken seal is safe?Now i filed a complaint in consumer forum.. Worst website. I received fake product, I came to know by checking the smell of this with the original product and when I mailed them for the return request I got no reply. Even after sending many requests no use . Money got wasted . Very very bad experience.buy only from trusted websites . This is completely fake .
