I used Design.com for a logo. Not only do they have a plethora of choices, the available options to tweak & adapt the design are almost everything I could consider. They make it simple to download in multiple formats as well as options like grayscale and close cropping & it dies that all automatically. Plus the price is reasonable. They do try to upsell other options & annual subscriptions which I didn't need but for a one-off design it was great.
