Excellent quality and service. My chairs were delivered on time and by helpful and considerate staff. The chairs themselves are better than I could have expected and very high quality for the money. The designers could have made then 2.5 inches narrower as they only got through standard doorways by 'threading them on their ends and I had to take a door off. However, I am VERY pleased with my purchase and recommend the company and what they make.
I recently purchased a chair from this company. The product is very good quality. The after sales service has been particularly good in that the manager of this department mrs Samantha Mackenzie has been extremely quick and efficient to respond and act on my enquires and needs.
Put the order for a couple of Aviator Pilot Leather Chairs on Thursday morning, called to make sure they had them in stock, I had a lovely conversation with Samantha, who said she would make sure and get back to me, a little while later she phoned me back to confirm they were in stock, and that she had also had them dispatched, they arrived on Monday morning at 7.45, look great, can't fault the service - Thank you Designer Sofas, if I need anything else I will be back 😊
