I bought a sofa in April and was absolutely thrilled with it,however,in August I noticed a tiny bit of stitching loose,I contacted them and the after sales person(Samantha W)got straight back to me,the sofa cushion was returned,repaired the same day they recieved it and immediately sent back to me and I received it back the next day. I highly recommend Designer Sofas4u for the quality of their Sofas and their excellent after sales service

Beautiful chair looks fantastic.Payment experience poor used Klarna so you get no online discount advertised then opted for monthly payments. Unfortunately when delivered the monthly payment option was not there even though it stated it was contacted both parties but told nothing could be done even though monthly payments show on bill.I received email in August to say my chair has been delivered when it was delivered months before?
My aunt n uncle ordered a beautiful sofa n chairs in which they saved up as they are in their 70s it came they were over the moon chuffed to bits then 9months in they found a hole under one of the chair arms so they phoned up and a man came out and he stated my aunt n uncle had done it and that they would not fix it even though it was still under warranty You are a joke where do you get off accusing two people in their 70s of damaging such a beautiful 3 pce in which they had saved for
Best money could buy we had two Queen Anne chairs and a chesterfield sofa more than happy with them. The company was easy to do business with and they delivered on the date we were told. Would recommend them to others and would use them again when required.
