Recently had 2 armchairs delivered. The delivery process was straightforward and the delivery men were polite and respectful so no problems there. However, the quality of the armchairs is not up to standard. The leather is crispy and rough and I’m questioning whether they’re genuine leather or plastic. The armchairs are a lot smaller than standard size and therefore very uncomfortable. I’m not satisfied with these and regret ordering from this company. Do not recommend!

We needed some high back wing chairs that would match our colour scheme. We were able to pick the material that would best match and the style of chair. Ordering was very easy. We were contacted with in days to confirm order and colour we had chosen. The chairs were delivered 4wks later and we are delighted with them. Well made very comfortable and look great
Ordered a leather sofa and chair , also a bucket chair. On delivery day the 2 delivery men were reluctant to get out of the van as it was raining and we are a farm .Immediately they told me they would deliver the chair to the house but not the sofa as it was to heavy to carry 100 meters to the door.I carried the bucket chair and footstool myself and the 2 delivery men carried the leather chair.They then refused to bring the leather Chesterfield sofa and said they would off load it leave it in the rain.I phoned customer service to be told that for health and safety reasons delivery men can't walk 100 meters in the rain incase they "fell over" and hurt themselves. The options given were either they take the sofa back and deliver another day ..... but also told it might rain again and I would have the same issue. Or they leave it out in the rain and I carry it myself.I would have sent the whole order back but half was already in the house.The drivers were rude, the customer service was rude .A thousand pound sofa dumped in a car park in the rain . Now damaged and dirty.
The chairs are beautiful and I’m delighted with them.Ali, who was my contact kept me updated when I needed to be, always understanding always courteous.The delivery team were careful and considerate- as I said to Ali they were perfect gentlemen, good humoured and courteous. A pleasure to meet them.So thank you so much for a top product and top service. And very affordable too.Best wishes to all involved.
Visited the showroom in a back street of an Industrial Estate in North Blackburn - good prices ,but poor quality leather on several of the Queen Anne and High Back chairs I looked at and tried out.Missing cushion on one of the display items.After reading several very poor reviews I wont be buying - I suppose you get what you pay for !
For those of you who have read my other reviews regarding this company and the poor quality chairs here is the final update. Do not believe their positive reviews. Do not believe anything they say about trying to put any wrongs right because they simply ignore you This issue was resolved for me by American Express, who refunded the whole amount to my account Within 12 hours of receiving my emails with this company and photographs of the chairst They clearly believe that this company is fraudulent -Do not buy from them.
