First class service from start to finish. Would not normally have bought online but read previous reviews. I had a lot of contact with customer service via online chat , emails and phone calls for ordering to delivery. They wanted to make sure that I was happy with everything from design, firmness of cushions and studding. They even recommended have a swatch of the leather before i placed my order . I order the Buckingham 3 seater sofa, a chair and a footstool. I must say the quality is excellent and the prices very reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. They put the customer first to make sure they get exactly what they ask for and Custer service is brilliant.
We were looking to replace our old chesterfields like for like, found this company online and arranged a visit,Kayleigh at the showroom/factory was amazing especially as I was struggling to make up my mind.. over 2hrs later I almost decided, paid a deposit and went home. Next day I rang with a changed order, not a problem. My new suite was delivered on time, I was kept in the loop with delivery and even with all the bad weather it was still on time, the delivery guys were brilliant and my new suite is amazing and at a fabulous price, I highly recommend this company.

A company that does not have any ethical standards. They have now spammed my email account more than twice when I have had no prior contact with the company at all. I have never inquired or bought any of their products. They are just blatant spammers with complete disregard for the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 and other UK data protection and privacy laws.15 January 2025 Post reply update: I will supply Trustpilot with a screenshot of the email in question sent on 26 December 2024.
Would fully recommend. Website is easy to use, there are great discounts when you buy sets. Lead time was less than a month despite my sofas being made from scratch. Delivery driver kept us updated on the day of delivery and were very helpful when they arrived with my items. The quality of our sofa and arm chairs is fantastic. The leather is good quality and has been protected. We’ll be ordering more furniture from here from sure. Thank You again.
