I purchased a leather 3 piece suite that has developed 2 major faults within 18 months, the retailer has tried to say that this is normal wear and tear! The sale of goods act will ensure I get a replacement or refund, make sure you pay with a credit card for extra protection! Poor disappointing customer service!
