Very Disappointing Return and Exchange Policy

This has to be one of the most unsatisfactory return and exchange policies I've ever faced. I received an under desk PC mount as a gift, purchased in late November. Since I already own the same item, I wanted to exchange it for something else. Unfortunately, it was outside the '7 day' return window. It's ridiculous to lack flexibility during the peak shopping season. The product itself is fine, but I must give 1 star due to the policy and inadequate customer support.

Caution: Rigid 7-Day Return/Exchange Policy

This is possibly the worst return and exchange policy I've ever encountered. I received an under desk PC mount as a gift, purchased in late November. I already have the same item and wanted to exchange it for something different. Unfortunately, it was beyond the '7 day' limit. It's unreasonable, especially during the peak shopping season, to have such inflexible terms. The product is fine, but I'm giving 1 star for the policy and customer support, which was unhelpful.

Issues with Chair Delivery and Support

I bought a chair that faced two delivery delays due to the shipping facility assigning the package to the wrong driver. Customer support has been terrible, with a manager not responding to my emails for two days. They use an unreliable shipping service, so your order may not arrive even after nine days. I spent hours on hold with the shipping company's customer service, making this a frustrating experience.

Beware!

I suspect this company may be a scam. I ordered a $45 tablet holder and later received an email stating that logistics costs had risen. They usually ask for an additional $55 for shipping but wanted me to pay only $30 more. I refused to pay extra and requested a refund, which they processed immediately. I do not recommend purchasing anything from them.

Clear Instructions and Helpful Tutorial

It's uncommon to find a manual with such clear instructions. The video tutorial was incredibly useful and made assembly straightforward. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new standing desk!
