I ordered the sample box. Some of the fragrances are gorgeous - but some are so strong and cloying - they affect our eyes - they cannot be good for you! Have tried to order more of the ones we did like but they are often out of stock so not worth putting an order in for the odd one or two that are. Sadly as the number of samples in the box we liked was smaller than those we didn’t like, unless we can get a better supply of the ones we like, we won’t be ordering again.
Really disheartened by this company. I have ordered from here a few times and have absolutely loved the products. I’ve even recommended them and gifted products to family and friends who now purchase.. up until my most recent order where two of my wax melt bars were NOT in the delivery. Mistakes happen so I sent a kind message to the company.. they responded once to ask for proof of the packaging to which I did reply right away, since then I have sent several messages, all which have been read and ignored. Understandably wax melts are not the end of the wold, but when more than half of your order is missing, you’re on maternity leave so money is tight, and you’re getting ignored by someone who owes you something which you bought, it’s not okay. Don’t think I’ll be ordering again, sadly.
Can’t rate highly enough. Been using this company for a while now, consistently good. I originally found them while on a hunt for a specific scent (lime, basil & mandarin) tried and tested several shops and other brands/online stores. These are by far the best in scent and value. I’ve now finally branched out to try other scents which arrived today. Delivery is always good and quick. Would highly recommend.
