Review Time
They tried to sell me a fish-eye (extreme century) that they didn’t even have in stock. They asked me to pay via bank transfer but I paid with PayPal. They sent me three different price, the price asked from PayPal was different from the price they told me first then different to the one on the invoice. They sent me email every two hours when I wasn’t replying but never replied when I was asking about shipping. I asked a refund after 4 weeks but they only replied when I told them that I was about to write a review and I had to call PayPal to get my money back because they didn’t refund me by themselves.Don’t waste time with them, worst experience, liar and scammer.
After payment , asked for authorization from bank.i could not get this as bank calls was long delay this covid times.So i used another method paypalthen when i reorder with paypal , i NOTICED stock will be available in 1 weeks time , damn i had to cancel orders as i needed it asap.update ***********Slight delay with refund, but i now seen they have aproved a refund after this review.i will use them again as i see they have competitive prices.I got a call today to say stock now available, if i wanted 1, although still shows availability in 1week, but i already purchased from another company Anyway ,i have edited the review from 1 star to 4 stars as the lady was very nice.customer service skills is very important.lets see if they really do have stock for the Atmos Shinobi as they claim,From my experience , before i order from any online company, even showing stock available, il call to make sure, and ask what day will be delivered, and let them know will leave an honest review if mis informed.
