Review Time
I had the same experience as a number of other reviewers. I ordered equipment that was supposed to have a two week delivery. After 5 weeks I asked for a full refund as there was no sign of delivery. They were always polite when I enquired but nothing ever happened and they never proactively followed up.
Website said 1-2 days delivery so I ordered. Turned out item wasn’t in stock and they didn’t know when it would be. Called to cancel and get refund and was told it’d be refunded immediately, but no cancellation or refund so far. Having to chase by email. Won’t use them again.
Much of their product list is out of stock.I ordered 4 items in June, 2 were in stock and arrived quite promptly the other two were out of stock. There are many companies that operate like this, take the order then order the product themselves. The trouble is when it comes from overseas this can create quite a delay and I had to wait just short of a month for my order to be complete.They did respond to my emails each time when requesting an update, my main criticism on top of the above is their lack of pro-active communication, no confirmation when placing the order I had to chase one and no updates about outstanding order. Quite poor.
I paid £2400 for a camera for my son and an extra £35 for special delivery to my our house to arrive before Christmas. The order was placed 19th December and now on the 29th December it has. Still not arrived. No one answers the phone or replies to many texts !!! I’m getting seriously worried and more and more angry by this disgraceful customer service.I want to know when my camera will be deliver NOW
These guys could not have been more helpful. I've just bought an ex-demo Sony FS7K from them, and nothing was too much trouble. There was never any pressure, never any time constraint and it was a completely pain-free experience. If I had any criticism at all, and it's a very small thing, it would be that the sales representative didn't have encyclopaedic knowledge of the product, but in time I'm sure that'll change. However, there was always a technical person there to refer to. These guys will definitely be on my list for future purchases, and sales - because they will try to find buyers for kit that I'm seeking to move on.
So we ordered and paid for a Shure SM58 for our 9 year old daughter for Christmas. We were expecting delivery then some time after we were sent an email saying there had been a price increase and the order would be cancelled if additional payment was not sent!I replied stating trading standards that the transaction should be honored as completed and stil at the price we had paid the company was not losing money. No reply no apology nothing, just a refund.
