The agent was amazing!! I was nervous when talking because I was looking for an extension on my payment due to a large amount of money missing from my bank account (spam fraud my bank is working on). The agent kindly cut me off and told me not to worry and gave me the extension. She didn't make me explain more or beg. She just made it easy for me. This is why 10 years approx as a customer I have stayed with Digiweb. When I call I get to talk to a human being with just one number option to press (not endless options like other suppliers) and phone answered in less than 2 mins everytime. Customer for life!
