Awful. A week of bad connection and then over a week of no service at all. I need internet for work. This is disaster. The TV the phone all depend on the internet. They made no explanation even when I rang and then all they do is say they don't know. They ignore emails and messages and promise call backs that don't come. I've not had a problem before a f now realise it's ok until there is one then they ignore it. This is completely unacceptable.
Excellent customer service from the Digiweb team in Dundalk.Switched from Eir(Pure Telecom) ftth,everything went smoothly and haven’t experienced any of the buffering which was a regular occurrence with Eir.Using my own ASUS XT8*2,speeds as advertised,no issues.Changing providers..talk to Digiweb,you won’t regret it..
