Great Irish company with convenient support. Switching from Sky to Digiweb was an easy decision and I am glad I did it. They are easy to deal with and even proactive with support. I will stay with them as long as the price is competitive and maybe even when it's not as the service is worth it.
This is the second time my appointment has been cancelled. You falsely stated that you spoke to me and that I cancelled myself. This is incorrect — I received only a text message.I placed my order on 5 January and am now told the next engineer is not available until 9 February. Being “busy” or blaming the weather in Ireland is not an acceptable excuse.This service is unacceptable and extremely frustrating.
