I've been using Digiweb for many years, and I couldn't fault them. Recently, I had a new router sent, which was not delivered (the postal service lost it at their depot). I spoke with a CS rep, Patrick Sheelan, who was very professional and supportive in getting a replacement. No fuss, just good customer service.
Just switched to Digiweb after being a long time Sky Customer. For over 3 years I was complaining to Sky about poor broadband service. I was paying for 500mbps but they capped my ONT box to 100mbps without informing me, even after numerous troubleshooting attempts they never fixed the problem. Within 10 mins of talking to Hugo from Digiweb he fixed the problem and is now operating like it should have the whole time. Thanks a million Hugo
Very satisfied with technical support today. Very easy to understand instructions given, walkthrough very helpful Didn’t feel rushed to get things right, gave me time to put passwords etc in and gave instructions clearly. Made sure everything was as working correctly and found a solution to one issue we faced which was sorted quickly and efficiently I am with digiweb nearly 10 years and have very little to no issues with there services ThanksMiranda

After An Post lost my modem, I was unable to get online. I contacted Digiweb and was really impressed with how quickly they resolved the issue.
