UPDATEDespite all correspondence etc, it wasn't until the 5th of January that digiweb actually activated my broadband service, despite my receiving the modem/router more than 2 weeks previously. No TV or streaming game's for the kids for nearly the entire Christmas and New year holidays. No written apologies or explanation of why they got it so wrong. No gesture of goodwill, in fact, they even changed me a full month for a little over 3 weeks of actual connection.Very very poor service.Had my modem over a week. Was told before I signed up, that the modem arrival was the critical factor for activation, my previous service with Eir expired 3 days ago. The kids are off school, no tv, it's actually impacting our Christmas holiday. Customer service contacted by phone and email but unable to tell me when service will be activated. Very disappointed as digiweb had come highly recommended.
