Without internet over the holidays, 7 days running now. They told me since it's just the third working day, they have till Friday to fix it. In another 3 days time, since one of the days is new year's Eve. Oddly enough, they still charge for the non working days, since it's a, you know, A WORKING DAY!!Internet is a utility, need to treat it like that.Couldn't tell me what is wrong or what the issue is with my line. No updates of any kind. No "waiting for a part" or any clue.
